While MCA consultants are knowledgeable about the full range of practice management issues, our core competency revolves around the defense of medical practitioners for alleged fraud-and-abuse and compliance issues.
The consultants of MCA have helped attorneys and physicians successfully prepare for hundreds of Administrative Law Judge and Medicare/Medicaid hearings.
From case development and discovery assistance to medical record review and expert testimony, our goal is to help prevent civil proceedings in state or federal court from evolving into criminal cases.
Our consulting firm is built largely on referrals from a select cadre of legal and health care professionals. MCA never represents the government – our services are available only for the defense or education of health care providers. We strive for integrity in every assignment we handle, carefully matching our services to the special needs of our clients..
